Whether your goal is to deepen your practice, find ways to weave yoga in to your daily work, or become a ‘full-time’ teacher with broad impact. I’ve got lots to share that can help you along the way! “ — Kristina Reese, (YACEP, E-RYT500)

WHO is this for? I’t is for those with a regular practice who are passionate about yoga, want to build upon it and share with others. The deep value of apprenticeship, is that it has a lot of 1:1 mentoring built in, thus it can be geared towards your interests and needs. Kristina works with those who are already RYTs, but others who are ‘just’ yogis and want to increase the impact of wellness in their daily lives. RYTs can earn CEUs with Yoga Alliance.

Time Commitment: Over the course of a three months period, yogis will put in effort as their time allows to complete their 50HR program. Some choose to to distribute approximately 4-hours a week, while others take a more intensive approach, dedicated 10-20 hours on a few specific weeks to accomplish their tasks. Apprenticeship encourages flexibility to fit your needs and learning style.

Financial investment: $600, with payment plans and BIPOC scholarships available.
