January Newsletter – Who needs a New Year?
As I continue to delve deeper in to yoga, mindfulness, and meditation I’m constantly reminded that all we really have is the present moment. Setting goals and resolutions may be full of good intention but it’s about what we actually do than what we plan on.
I encourage you to take on each moment—rather than think.. I’ll do better tomorrow or someday I want to…etc., what can you do today, in this moment? Sometimes even just a conscious deep breath is the best next step.
So definitely—let’s welcome 2016, but let’s celebrate THIS moment!
